    Requirements

    • 2+ years leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager in Fine Dining / Casual Dining Restaurants

    • P&L Knowledge

    • Fluent communication skills

    • Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/ guidelines.

    • Able to create a broad range of baked goods from gourmet cookies to customized cakes

    • Ensure high standards of quality and hygiene

    • Adherence to timelines for quarterly sales planning exercise completion
